Not all the parking machines work with credit cards from outside of Denmark (yes even the
Swedish once). If you want to make sure that yours works just pay for your parking at the
machine in the corridor between Terminal 3 and 2. There you will also find the parking
office where they also accept international credit cards.

Copenhagen has a great has a hotel after security. So if you have a earlie flight then think
of staying in this place. You just checkin the day before and the day of your flight you
just walk to the gate.

The Free shuttle bus that brings you from P1 (long parking) to terminal 2 and 3 only
starts driving at 6 A.M. Be aware that if the bus is not driving it's a 15 minute walk.

There is a train station right under the Copenhagen airport.
Trains from here go to both Copenhagen city and into Denmark, or to Malm” and further
in Sweden and Denmark.
Tickets can be bought either from the ticket counter, or from automated machines that
accept all major credit cards.

On our trip to Canada we found that the incheck people don't allow ways do
what they say. They told us yes of course you sit together and yes you have
a window seat as well. And then we found out that we didn't get the window
seat and not even sit close to each other.
And then it took the lady 5 minutes to do something with our frequent flyer
cards but didn't enter our info to our flight.
And last but definitly not least, they didn't even check our passports. And
this knowing that we had a stop over in London was a bit strange.

| Very Incompetent Staff!! |

I am sorry to say, as beautiful and aetheticly pleasing as this airport is, the staff
is equally incompetent. They are rude, and unfriendly and dont give any information
about gates seats etc. Some dont even make eye contact with you, let alone compare
you to your passport picture. Speaking of which, once while getting onto a flight to
the US, the check-in attendent forgot to even look at our passports, until my husband
politely asked if she need our passports to check us in, at that time she had
already given us our boarding cards!!!
